As an experienced chef, I Chef Hussein usually makes food videos on YouTube Channel named - Man About Food explaining in details the procedure of making such foods. 

I am Chef Hussein, born in east London, United Kingdom, and grew up in the Mayflower café restaurant, owned by my parents. My culinary career began early due the solid foundation he had in cooking and understanding food, in family-run businesses, from an early age. Growing up in a food business, with my brothers, sister, parents, and grandmother, was a magical moment for me.

I (Chef Hussein) was nicknamed ‘MAN ABOUT FOOD’ due to the love I have for the profession. 

I gathered vast cooking experience while working in various different restaurants and hospitality establishments, where I worked in pastry, grill, sauce section and more.

Cooking from British to international cuisine, and having an entrepreneurial streak, I was excited to Create ‘MAN ABOUT FOOD’, to share My versions of peoples most loved foods and foods. I love to cook and eat.

I have a love in making pastry and sweet and savoury dishes. My favourite foods I love eating, ranges from spaghetti Bolognese, curries, Cypriot style dishes, such as ravioli with halloumi cheese, steak pies and more. My passion for cooking and baking gives everything I does a superb taste and deliciousness.

My hobbies are cooking and I love being in the kitchen always. I am happily married, and blessed with lovely children.
